My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had some issues with missing and loose tiles, not being adjacent as requested, and an unpleasant smell like rotten sausages. However, the staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The location was convenient to attractions and shopping but was a bit overcrowded during breakfast times. Overall, there were some positives and negatives to consider.

The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed, but it was really cold. The service was beyond helpful, especially from the polite front desk staff. The dining experience was a let down, only available for a short time due to a private group. Despite the old and run-down appearance, the convenient location was a positive highlight.
